Alliance Power Solutions, Inc. is Tampa Bay's leading commercial electrical contractor, specializing in tenant improvement and build-outs, specialty communications, safety and security systems, generator and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) installations, as well as new construction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist journeyman and master electricians with commercial electrical installations
  • Pull wire, install conduit, and assist with panel installations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and NEC code requirements
  • Complete tasks as directed by the lead electrician

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial electrical work field required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to participate in IEC training program

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians and licensed Commercial Electricians to join our growing team. You will work on a variety of commercial projects across the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
  • Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Lead crews of electrician helpers on project sites
  • Ensure all work meets NEC code and local ordinances
  • Conduct electrical inspections and troubleshooting
  • Participate in project planning and estimation

Requirements

  • Florida Journeyman or Contractor Electrician License required
  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
